MINISTRY

Marriage Is For Keeps

"Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh" Genesis 2:24 ESV

Our Mission

The function of the Couples Ministry at Jubilee Family Christian Center is to celebrate the joys of marriage, to cultivate a Christian world view of marriage, and to promote God's word as the blueprint for marriage.

We achieve this through four major avenues:

 Fellowship

 Enlightenment

 Bonding

 Dialogue

What We Do

We hold meetings that are open-dialogues about marriage and issues related to marriage. Although various viewpoints and opinions may be expressed in the course of the discussion, the concluding statement of resolution shall be in accordance with the Word and Spirit of God (Proverbs 3:5-8).

The meetings are not intended or designed to be individual or group counseling sessions. The purpose is to illuminate on the joy, peace, power, and strength that marriage provides when not governed by secular mores, but led by the hand of God through Christ Jesus.

CHILDREN

During his youth years, Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men. Luke 2:52

Our children’s ministry exists to help those in our care know God and grow to become like His Son, Jesus Christ

To accomplish our purpose we seek…

To fill children’s minds with the Word of God so they will grow to think the way God thinks and live the way God has commanded.
To establish in children habits of godly living ad a daily lifestyle.

To create a Christian Community of children and adults who enjoy life together as a family and who are committed to Jesus Christ and to each other.

To help children trust Christ as Savior, to submit to Him and to live as Christian’s at home, at school, at play or wherever they are.

To make each child’s experience at church safe, fun and profitable in the process of growing to become everything God has planned
